Renewal, Cancellation, Refund and Membership Policies

  1. Renewal Policy for Automatic Renewal Subscriptions

    We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your membership will be suspended. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging into https://www.jvzoo.com/dashboard, clicking the “My Account” tab at the top of the page to access the “Payment Profile” page, scrolling down to the “PayPal” area and clicking “EDIT”

    Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase. You might be notified in advance of each renewal.

    If you have a Membership and fail to renew your membership within 3 days of its expiration, your membership will be cancelled. The Cancellation and Refund Policy for Memberships explained below applies.

  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

      1. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with a Credit or Debit Card

        If you have purchased an automatically renewing Membership on IMSpringboard.com (including via affiliates), and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to Support Center at IMSpringBoard Support , open a ticket. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

        If you wish to cancel your automatically renewing annual or monthly subscription and receive a refund, you must contact us with the request within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than thirty (30) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Membership at the time of refund and your account will be cancelled.

        Automatically renewing regularly (5 days, 7 days, 10 days, 15 days, Monthly, quarterly, yearly) Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire the subscription period days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

      2. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with PayPal

        If you purchased a Membership through PayPal that is automatically renewing and would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to cancel the subscription in your PayPal account directly.

    2. Non-Renewing Subscriptions

      1. Cancelling a Non-Renewing Annual Subscription Purchased through the IMSpringBoard.com Coaching and Training Portal with a Credit or Debit Card or PayPal

        If you wish to cancel your annual non-renewing subscription and request a refund, you must Contact us to cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. We will terminate your Membership at the time of the refund and your account will be cancelled.

      2. One time Subscription Purchased through the IMSpringBoard.com Coaching and Training Portal with a Credit or Debit Card or PayPal

        One time subscription (5 days, 7 days, 10 days, 15 days and 30 days) are non-refundable.

    3. Grace Period Membership Subscriptions

      1. Cancelling Grace Period Membership Subscription Purchased through the IMSpringBoard.com Coaching and Training Portal with a Credit or Debit Card or PayPal

        Grace period membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your Grace period membership subscription, you must Contact us to cancel your subscription. You will be charged an extra subscription cycle once you place a ticket to cancel your membership before Grace Period Membership get completed.

  3. Membership Points Policy

    1. Points Redemption

      1. Membership points may only be redeemed for the member. The Membership points may not be redeemed for cash, Membership points are redeemed for IMSpringboard.com designated products only, any non-designated product within IMSpringboard.com is not eligible
      2. A Membership points allows the member to purchase a products within IMSpringboard.com.
    2. Membership Points Refund

      1. Membership points gained through monthly subscription are non-refundable, only to be consumed as described in “Points Redemption” section.
      2. Purchased Membership Points are bounded by the following:
        1. Purchased Membership points are added to the Subscriber Points, where they become part of the subscriber accumulated points. All points gained and purchased are then become “Subscriber Points”.
        2. Purchased Membership points are refundable only within 72 hours of purchase, prior to any “Subscriber Points” consumption.
  4. MODIFICATIONS

    We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
